StellarTrack ✦ Pilot 2026–27
Track Meets ✦ Without the Clipboards
Run your school track and field meet from your phone — set up in minutes, score on the field, and share live results with families.
Join the PilotWhy
Paper score sheets, results typed up twice, and parents waiting until Monday. Meet day has enough to juggle.
How It Works
Set up
Upload your roster spreadsheet. Bib numbers, heats and lanes are made for you, and start sheets print with a QR code for officials.
Score
Volunteers score field events, High Jump and track heats on their own phones. No app to install — big buttons, built for volunteers.
Share
Results, finals and team standings are ready as each event finishes. Parents follow along with a link or QR code.
On the Field
High Jump
Misses, passes and eliminations tracked for you — even with 25 jumpers.
Track heats
Times in, placings and points worked out across every heat.
Results & standings
Finals, team standings and exports, ready the moment an event ends.
For parents
Families follow results live from a link or QR code.
